Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your items, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • All relevant parts and components are included, and packaging is in its original condition.

  • The product shows only normal handling; damage due to careless use is excluded.

  • Items where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

  • Products found to be defective upon receipt.

Important: We reserve the right to charge customers for shipping costs. Returns are processed within 7 business days, and confirmation will be issued once all conditions are met. We may refuse returns if items appear to have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How to Return Your Order

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return:

  1. Send an email to bennettandrowe@gmail.com with the following details:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo of the product

    • Full name

    • Full address

  2. We will respond with the correct return address.

  3. Do not send returns to the sender address.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the UK have a legal right of withdrawal under the following conditions, provided the consumer is a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to business or profession.

Withdrawal Period:

  • 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you (not the carrier), receive the last item in your order.

Important:

  • Orders are processed immediately, so cancellations are not possible after dispatch.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at bennettandrowe@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision.

  • The withdrawal is complete once the returned item is received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipments in Transit

  • Our products are shipped from Asia, so transit times may be longer than usual.

  • If items are already on the way, cancellation is not possible.

  • Please wait until receipt, then return items as instructed.

  • To speed up processing, please provide proof of shipment.

Consequences of Withdrawal

  • We will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option).

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
